Return & Refund Policy

Last updated: 02.06.2026

1. Scope
This Refund & Return Policy ("Policy") governs the sale of digital content supplied in
non-tangible form — including PDF guides, templates, prompt libraries and related
downloadable materials (collectively, the "Digital Products") — offered by PDF Guide
Company, [legal form], registered at [ADDRESS] ("we," "us," "our"). This Policy forms an
integral part of our Terms of Service and is binding on every purchaser ("you,"
"customer") upon completion of an order.

2. Nature of the Goods
The Digital Products are delivered electronically and consist of intangible content not
supplied on a physical medium. Delivery is deemed complete at the moment the product is
made available for download or access via the customer's account, order-confirmation link
or email. Because the Digital Products are perfectly reproducible and consumable upon
receipt, they are treated in law as a distinct category from physical goods.

3. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Consumers in the EU/EEA)
If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, you are ordinarily entitled to a fourteen
(14) day right of withdrawal from a distance contract, without giving reasons, under
applicable consumer-protection law (including Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in the
relevant national legislation).

Loss of the right of withdrawal for digital content. For supply of digital content not on
a tangible medium, this right expires before the end of the withdrawal period where:
(a) you have given prior express consent to the commencement of performance (i.e.
immediate provision of, or access to, the Digital Product) during the withdrawal
    period; and
(b) you have acknowledged that, by giving such consent, you thereby lose your right of
    withdrawal once performance has begun.
By completing your purchase and proceeding to download or access the Digital Product, you
provide the consent and acknowledgement described above. Accordingly, no right of
withdrawal subsists once the download or access has been initiated.

4. No General Right of Return
Outside the statutory withdrawal right described in Section 3 — and to the fullest extent
permitted by law — all sales of Digital Products are final. We do not offer returns,
exchanges or refunds based on:
- a change of mind after purchase;
- failure to read the product description, scope or format prior to purchase;
- the customer's lack of compatible software or hardware to open standard file formats;
- the product not meeting subjective expectations where it conforms to its description; or
- partial or non-use of the purchased material.

5. Remedies for Defective or Non-Conforming Products
Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits our liability under mandatory statutory
provisions governing the conformity of digital content (including, where applicable,
Directive (EU) 2019/770). Where a Digital Product is defective, materially fails to
correspond to its description, or cannot be accessed due to a fault attributable to us,
you are entitled to a remedy.
In such cases, please contact us at alexander.hemminger365@gmail.com within [14] days of
purchase, providing your order number and a description of the defect (with screenshots
where relevant). We will, at our discretion and in accordance with your statutory rights,
either:
(a) supply a corrected or functioning copy of the Digital Product; or
(b) where remedy under (a) is impossible, disproportionate or not effected within a
reasonable time, issue a full or proportionate refund to the original payment method.

6. Duplicate and Erroneous Transactions
Where you have been charged more than once for the same Digital Product, or charged in
error through a technical fault of our checkout or payment processor, we will refund the
duplicate or erroneous amount upon verification. Such adjustments are corrections of
billing errors and are made without prejudice to Sections 3 and 4.

7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, so that
any legitimate concern can be resolved directly. Initiating a chargeback in respect of a
properly delivered, non-defective Digital Product may constitute a breach of our Terms of
Service, and we reserve the right to contest such disputes with evidence of delivery and
consent, and to suspend access to any associated account.

8. How to Exercise a Valid Claim
To request a remedy or refund under Sections 5 or 6, contact alexander.hemminger365@gmail.com
with: (i) your full name; (ii) order number and date; (iii) the product name; and (iv) a
clear description of the issue. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment
method within [14] days of our confirming the claim. Processing times by your bank or
payment provider are outside our control.

9. Amendments
We may amend this Policy from time to time. The version in force at the time of your
purchase governs that purchase. The current version is always available at [URL].

10. Mandatory Rights Preserved
This Policy does not affect, and shall not be construed to exclude or restrict, any rights
you have under mandatory applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where any
provision conflicts with such mandatory rights, those rights prevail.

reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us
