Digital Delivery
The products offered by PDF Guide Company are exclusively digital content in non-tangible
form (e.g. PDF files). No physical shipment takes place; no shipping costs are incurred.

Provision
Following successful completion of the order and receipt of payment in full, the Digital
Product is made available for immediate download, or an access link is sent by email to
the address provided during checkout.

Access and Requirements
Suitable software for reading the relevant format (e.g. a PDF reader) is required to open
the files. Please ensure that your email address is correct and that download links are
not blocked by spam filters.

Access Problems
If a download or access fails, please contact us at alexander.hemminger365@gmail.com,
quoting your order number. We will then make the product available again.
